Responsible for setting up and administering internal wired & wireless networks, secure VPN, MS server and switch management. Oversight of e-mail groupware, time & attendance system, DVR & keycard security systems & website. Developed over 50 custom reports in Crystal XI for Chameleon system. Several of these reports have been adapted by HLP Software, LLC for use in their Chameleon software nationwide.Responsible for monthly statistical reports to Board of Trustees, showing overall operating positions.Setup multiple software interfaces between accounting and other internal software.Responsible for choosing, acquiring, installing and maintaining biometric time and attendance system for employees.Created hardware refurbishment program to provide donated parts and cash through sales of parts. No need to purchase a computer for internal company use since Jan. 2008 due to program.
