I provided mentorship and training to foreign government officials prosecuting alleged terrorists and facilitators of terrorist activity, including terrorist financiers.

I investigated and prosecuted terrorism, export, and sanctions crimes, and other matters related to U.S. national security; tried multiple federal criminal cases before juries in Los Angeles; and coordinated closely with other equity holders in the United States and overseas, including the Departments of Commerce, State, Defense, and Homeland Security. I also resolved charged cases before trial, including through negotiated plea agreements.

Entertainment and general business litigation was the primary focus of my practice. My experience included breach-of-contract, business tort, antitrust, professional malpractice, and competitor disputes. My clients included leading media and entertainment companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and law firms. I conducted internal investigations, both in the United States and abroad, appeared in both state and federal courts and advocated for clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. I also maintained an active pro bono practice, including as a volunteer deputy district attorney for Los Angeles County.

My practice focused on antitrust and product liability class actions, as well as internal investigations.
