Financial Reporting- Present financial performance to senior business leadership, which includes data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations.- Create reporting packages so the business has early line of sight to projected financial performance, allowing them to take action and course correct as needed. Planning, Forecast, & Variance Commentary- Participate in quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget cycles, in accordance with tops-down guidance/parameters.- Engage with the business to gather necessary forecast drivers and inputs.- Provide variance analysis and commentary for performance against forecast and budget.

Forecast Cycle- Create models for expenses that require complex calculations.- Lead forecast calls with multiple sales departments to update their expense schedules.- Communicate forecast changes to senior management (presentations, verbal, and written).Month End Close Cycle- Track invoices/expenses that were forecasted by the sales department.- Prepare journal entries across cost centers and accounts.- Partner with the accounting department to ensure journal entries are accurate and approved.- Provide senior management with explanations for material variances.Reporting Cycle- Generate operating expense reports for each of the business leaders.- Lead meetings with each business leader to review performance vs. forecast, vs. plan, and other scenarios.- Present comprehensive explanations for material variances.- Provide solutions for getting performance in line with senior management's expectations.- Prep business leaders with talking points when they present to senior management.Planning/Budgeting Cycle- Collaborate with the sales departments to quantify annual expense needs.- Project out amortization schedules.- Provide comprehensive explanations for variances to multiple scenarios.- Liaise between senior management and the business leaders to get to an agreed upon budget.- Continuously refine the annual projections over the course of multiple months in order to be in line with senior managements expectations. Ad Hoc- Review new partner contracts. Derive metrics and model P&L/ROI of the new contract.- Maintain cost center hierarchy integrity when organizational changes occur.- Provide more in-depth analysis as requested by the sales department for specific use cases/business cases.

Prepare multiple financial close packages for Board of Directors, CFO and Accounting/Finance team on a monthly and quarterly basis. Work with each functional FP&A team member to provide guidance on required deliverables and set deadlines in order to meet an aggressive close schedule.Provide VC and PE partner firms with financial statements, KPIs, and other metrics. Perform flux analysis of the company on a corporate level by comparing to budget and prior periods and give insight for the changes in performance.Track and forecast bank covenant metrics to make sure the company is in compliance. Alert management if the company is or will be out of compliance so that corrective and preventative actions can be made.Collaborate with various functional personnel to create, develop, and deliver the financial package to be incorporated into the corporate earnings call.Analyze headcount at a consolidated level on a monthly basis. Work with HR to develop new reports to meet management's evolving needs for different views such as by region, department, function and executive. Model and forecast ending inventory balance. Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to obtain needed inputs and communicate material changes to ensure model accuracy.Distribute a trended inventory report to management showing the breakdown by product category on a weekly basis. Assist in reclassifying expenses, creating journal entries, approval of PO’s, and developing OPEX flux analysis by comparing actuals to budget and prior month.Increase workflow efficiencies by creating new models and automating existing working files.Complete ad hoc analysis requests in a timely manner.Proficient in using NetSuite, Workday and AtTask business systems

Responsible for the execution of the entire project life cycle from initiation, ideation, design/concept, production, logistics, support/maintenance, and EOL.Partner with project owner to develop a budget, creative brief, scope of work, and milestones for the project.Lead cross-functional teams comprised of department leaders including Product Managers, Sales, Operations, Finance, Commodity Specialists, Accounting and Market Area Coordinators. Drive teams to execute projects on time by assigning tasks and deadlines.
