My activity in the Technical Dept. were mainly focused on the hydraulic fittings design using Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0 and Pro/PROGRAM.Beside that I was accountable for desing and validation testing of equipments used on manual and automatic bending machines.

Mechanical Designer in the Technical Dept. of the air springs BU. The activities included the first development of the application cooperating with the customers, the complete design, the 3D models and drawings creation (CATIA V5 and SolidWorks), the FEA (COSMOSDesignSTAR). Moreover I had to coordinate the different phases of the prototyping: direct contacts with sub-contractors, laboratory tests definition and desing of special equipment for testing.

Internship in the tread design area with the purpose to implement the change from the 2D CAD software to the 3D (Pro/Engineer).
