Managed cross-functional collaborations with Open Manufacturing Americas (OMA), Contract Manufacturing Purchasing, Product Safety & Efficacy, Regulatory, Product Claims and the Analytical Lab on integration and development of new vendors and products.Senior Scientific International Liaison:Managed new product development—from conception to retail counter—for multiple French division brands for the North American zone—coordinated all consumer safety and efficacy testing. Researched ingredient performance, formulation technologies, and skin function to support product concepts. Managed the communication on raw materials, product safety, regulatory and legal matters concerning the US for the French Labs.Served as Scientific Communications spokesperson for Lancôme Skincare in the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean and delivered scientific presentations for all Lancôme products. Fine-tuned new product development briefs with U.S. and international labs and support groups.
