- Provide information to Plant staff regarding cost accounting, financial statements, raw material inventory etc;- Investigate unusual variances from budget or historical trends from various expenses recorded;- Analyze items in RBNI reports, understand transactions and determine appropriate actions;- Review Maximo detailed transaction listing to ensure they are recorded properly;- Upload AP, Material & Service receipts, Inventory adjustments & Inventory issue to Great Plains;- Analyze & reconciliation of Plant Accrued Liabilities, Miscellaneous AR and some specific expenses ;- Prepare and perform Month end activities.
