Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been interested in people and cultures. Growing up in different parts of the world in a trilingual household, I recall being curled up with a world atlas learning country names, their capital cities, and information about their people. I’d fall asleep with the atlas in my arms wondering things like “Why does Paraguay’s flag have two sides to it? What do people in Ouagadougou do everyday?”The combination of my background, empathetic nature and desire to understand people and cultures helps me understand the value of diversity and how it shapes people and organizations. As a talent & organization leader, I facilitate collaboration, help develop common vision and bring people together to solve complex problems and reach company goals.. I am passionate about supporting people and organizations through change by developing employee experience and engagement activities that meet business objectives. I have led people change and engagement initiatives for a variety of M&A projects and corporate relocations throughout my career. My curiosity, empathy and and ability to create balance enable me to instill a sense of calm and an environment of collaboration in the face of transition and change.
