- Conduct Facility Condition Assessments of facility / building mechanical systems in the field utilizing an electronic tablet to enter building condition information into AECOM’s Facility Condition Assessment software application- Quantify and describe the mechanical and HVAC systems of the building/facility being assessed and the deficiencies found. - Communicate in a concise written report the condition of the building systems found for inclusion in the Assessment Report. - Collaborate with Cost Estimators preparing the deficiency Cost Estimates and assist the Project Team in grouping noted deficiencies and developing project to address the deficiencies found.- Interview the Facility Operating Engineers to determine existing issues and problems to inform and guide the assessment of possible areas of concern during the Condition Assessment.- From exposed system components, facility age and obvious historical maintenance and refurbishment activity identify concealed system components and deficiencies.

 Studied customer specifications; create submittals, RFI’s and basic unit design accordingly.   Performed engineering load calculations based on ASHRAE ambient conditions & user location.   Created BOM, adjust electrical & refrigeration schematics consequently for a fully coordinated package.   Considerably improved Product Datasheet, Installation, Operational and Maintenance manual by implementing new layout, more detailed and professional directions. Formulated engineering assembly documents on various products to evolve production processes.   Generated electrical interface diagrams, single line diagrams and Unit layouts for field related installations, commissioning and troubleshooting duties.   Improved HVAC Controls Software system for safer, more accurate, reliable unit feedback.   Developed custom training & maintenance presentations for a wide variety of customers depending on their backgrounds.   Cross team work with electrical and manufacturing engineers to design, improve and solve technical problems.   Supported customer service requests regarding product questions and technical problems faced.   Assisted purchasing/sales teams with technical questions, new orders and design inquiries.

 Studied the U-value of different type of walls from their layers composition according to ASHRAE standard & guidelines.   Calculated cooling and heating loads for different building types via ELITE software.   Implemented the National Plumbing Code in order to compute drainage and fixtures sizes for buildings.   Applied the National Fire Protection Association standards to build fire protection systems for buildings with the correctly designed supply pipes diameters and pumps characteristics.
