Allyship Program• Executive sponsor for the launch and first two cohorts of the Bank Allyship program. The Allyship program helps to identify barriers to equity across the organization, then works to remove those barriers. The program also helps employees understand and practice Allyship behaviors. The first cohort identified fourteen areas for the Bank to improve equity. The Bank implemented changes to improve all fourteen areas.
