This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement.

My role is as a mentor. Adult mentors provide ongoing emotional support and guidance to youth in foster care. Life Support® mentors commit to visiting a youth in foster care twice per month. Mentors actively listen to hopes, fears, and dreams. They become an important part of the child’s journey toward better outcomes.
