Strategic Leader in BusinessAs the Chief Innovation and Growth Officer at Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), I leverage over two decades of leadership experience to drive sustainable growth, transformational initiatives, and strategic partnerships. My work directly impacts over 54 HBCUs, HBCCs and their students, with TMCF awarding more than $500M in scholarships and programmatic support to date.In my current role, I oversee business development, revenue generation strategies, and the architecture of key initiatives inclusive of TMCF Ventures, our innovation incubator. I am passionate about cultivating the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders through innovative programming, methodical training, and access to funding. My efforts have driven meaningful expansion in the organization’s impact and profitability, creating new pathways to opportunity for underserved and fragile communities.I have a track record of leading organizational transformations that deliver measurable business results, having previously served in key leadership roles with IAC’s online programming for Black communities, LendingTree.com, and Bank of America. My career has consistently centered on scaling businesses, fostering innovation, and building strong, sustainable partnerships.Beyond my professional role, I serve on the boards of The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library Foundation and The Center of the Future Academy.
