Served as Chief Compliance Officer and as a member of the Investment Committee.Once the firm began to contemplate retirement timelines for the founding partners, drove dual process of internal evaluation of strategic options as well as the external search for the right merger partner. Managed the HHG sale process as primary point of contact with the Wealth Enhancement Group and outside counsel through negotiations, due diligence and final documentation including valuation modeling.Completed merger of HHG with Wealth Enhancement Group on June 1 2016 resulting in a combined entity with over $6BN of AUM.
