SAP K-user (Quality):- Planning, implementation, test and Go-live of changes in SAP QM module;- Implementation of the new requirements regarding the system /modules according to the approved internal / external projects- Managing Quality Notifications (Production and customer complaints, concessions - Record of complaints, modification, change of NCs);- Preparing of training materials for Quality themes (Quality transactions for: NCs, Inspection lot processing in production, Control plans, Quality Characteristics, Routings);- Master data settings for materials (Quality tab);- Train the employees with specific quality topics;- Managing the roles and access rights of Quality users;- Collaborates with others SAP modules K-users for the correct management of the processes;- Provides user support for solving issues/incidents in the SAP QM;
