I was brought in to build out and grow the Digital Transformation Consulting Practice for banking and financial services customers on behalf of Oracle Financial Services Software in the Americas Region. When i-Flex Solutions acquired Super Solutions (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited), a specialized consumer lending software firm, the Board of Directors hand-picked me to serve as the CEO. My main objective was to scale the business for growth and transform it into an international software and services vendor. With a team of 5, I oversaw solution architecture and pre-sales activities for the FLEXCUBE core banking software across the Americas (NA, LATAM). I started as a Design Lead and then as a Project Manager to enable the architecture design and development of the FLEXCUBE core banking product (v1 and v2). By 1998, I became a Program Manager directing product implementations for core banking transformations across the EMEA region.
