With over 15 years in healthcare, I’ve led national and international quality programs across all levels of healthcare units including 18 units at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and 4 at Aster Hospitals Dubai, overseeing around 30+ external audits, including accreditation, statutory audits, and prestigious award assessments etc.Throughout my career, I’ve advanced healthcare IT by implementing digital health accreditation standards, evaluating and customizing modules like QMS, compliance, OPPE & FPPE, learning, patient feedback etc. as well as optimizing various processes in HMIS.My comprehensive understanding of medico-legal issues has enabled effective risk management. I have enhanced patient and family experiences by utilizing value stream mapping and prioritizing safety concerns.Toolkits like the Theatre Cap Challenge, 5S project, and documentation review have strengthened communication in operating theatres, improved inventory management, and significantly reduced non-clinical documentation for nurses. Additionally, initiatives such as pressure injury prevention, the line reconciliation task force, and fall prevention programs have led to enhanced clinical outcomes.My commitment to innovative training methods and tailored workshops has enriched staff development.
