• Provide inputs to electronic/mechanical integration procedures, review and improve work instructions.• Perform incoming inspection of electronic and mechanical parts.• Manually patch / rework printed circuit boards and wire harnesses with high precision and dexterity.• Cabling, wiring, glueing and conformal coating of populated boards and preparation for their usage in space.• Integration of printed circuit boards and subassemblies, including delicate mechanical work.• Operate basic CNC machine for prototypes and tools.• Support during environmental test campaign.• Follow up of assembly subcontractors.• Transport of documents and parts.• Lab responsible (equipment calibration, ESD awareness, safety procedures, facility maintenance).

• Manual assembly of through-hole-technology (THT) electronic circuit boards.• Hand-soldering and dip-soldering of through-hole-technology (THT) electronic circuit boards. • Hand-soldering of surface-mount-technology components (SMT) on electronic circuit boards.• Visual inspection and repair of finished circuit boards containing through-hole-technology (THT) and surface-mount-technology (SMT) components. • Testing of finished electronic circuit boards on board-specific tester kits. • Assistant in automated manufacture of surface-mount-technology (SMT) electronic circuit boards (pick-and-place machine, reflow oven). • Assembly of complicated electronic devices that require assembly of electronic circuit boards, cables and assembly of mechanical parts (e.g. motor drives for lifts). • Working without supervision.• Daily assembly of a variety of simple and complicated electronic circuit boards requiring a stock of over 500 different parts.
