• Shoots catalogue and product items, mostly flat lay photoshoots• Prepare costing of pricing breakdown for the model photoshoot (From Models, Stylist, Hair and Make up Artist, and Food Budget)• Prepares the Model Contract• Work closely with the Marketing Department for the items/SKU to be shot in the studio• Ensure daily KPI in Apparel and Product Station is met• Booking of models, stylist and hair and make up artist for photoshoots• Preparing billing payment for the suppliers (coordinating with the finance department)• Volunteering in covering events such as Fashion Shows• Helps the Graphic Designer to edit (Model/Product Shoot)• Ensure all photos are uploaded in AWS (Unedited and Edited)

• Assembles the studio equipment• Shoots catalog and product photoshoot• Work closely and give posing directions to models• Assist the production assistant to pick the right photos, resize and enhance images as needed using Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop• Ensure daily KPI in Apparel and Product Station is met

• Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from customers (Email)• Deliver exemplary customer experience by providing the next course of action in resolving the customer's reason of contact• Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of inquires and emails in a fast-paced environment• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned
