CurrentCurriculum development and educator of nurses who implement the Nurse-Family Partnership intervention. Over 1800 nurses have come through education at NSO and they currently impact the lives of over 23,000 at risk Moms, their babies and families. Along with writing and teaching, I conduct a private counseling practice and provide Motivational Interviewing sessions to a variety of non and for profit businesses. Project management rounds out my capabilities. My latest project was overseeing the development of a new website for our electronic guidelines. This involved managing the work of 8 people in house and a sub contracted web development team to review, write or rewrite over 2000 documents, mock up and develop the host site and deliver the guidelines into electronic searchable formats. Every nurse in NFP uses the guidelines at every visit with clients to facilitate discussion, learning and behavior change. I
