As a passionate, culture-centric community director, I have over 25 years’ of cumulative managerial experience in public administration, wellness, and social services. Employing a unique method of leadership skills, strategic, and analytical thinking, I have launched several programs with an emphasis on improving the living conditions for Native American families. Long ago, I learned that it takes a team to facilitate change which begins with fostering positive relationships and collaborating with elected officials, organizational leaders, community members, state, local, and tribal government entities. My record of directing agency work teams to integrate, implement, and execute special initiatives and projects were designed to enhance the services of a community. Unfortunate at times, I dealt with socio-economical disparities and its impact on the overall wellness within a population.
