Markem-Imaje is a global manufacturer and distributor of specialized traceability and product identification printers for customers in the packaging industry.Based in EMEA Planning Hub, my duties consist of: - Planning of Field Service Engineers for installations, emergency repairs and maintenance requests at customer sites using Workforce Management tool (WFM) for dispatching to optimize resource efficiency, availability and customer responsiveness.- Using ERP SAP system to manage and maintain Service Order records, complete transactions necessary for advance inventory shipments, equipment tracking and accounts settling. - Determining service stock availability and processing advance shipments of service parts. Working with Procurement and following up courier deliveries. - Prioritising of work to meet customers’ needs and changing demands. - Liaising with Pre-Sales, Sales and Account Managers to meet the customers’ needs and expectations, using Salesforce as source of information. - Performing duties related to invoice collection, credit validation, disputes, obtaining purchase orders and prompt invoicing of completed service notifications. - Preparing and sending quotations for services to customers.- Team working oriented to meet the KPIs and daily demands, and training for new team members.
