I received my master's in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. I am a member of the American Library Association, Black Caucus Library Association, Florida Library Association, Young Adult Library Services Association, and Association of Library Services to Children. Where I serve as Co-chair of the Library Service to Underserved Children and their Caregivers committee. As well as a PAL ( Police Athletic League) Board member.
