After what I thought was an 'early' retirement from a successful corporate career, I took advantage of my vast experience and track record in the Air Transport Industry to become a Consultant and Coach, providing leadership and personal development coaching as well as financial education and aviation management consulting. Incidentally, after helping to set up a start up airline in Nigeria, I was tasked to help run it until it is successful. So I guess I'm back in corporate life for a couple more years, even though as a consultant (sort of). But I relish the challenge of a start up assignment in a tough environment.
