Design Data Warehouse. It is based on Microsoft's Azure Fabric Platform. It comprises Data Factory Technology, Data Lake as MS Data Lakehouse, and Synapse Data Warehouse. Spark has been used as Script Programming Language.

PCC Hellas is a Patient Support Program Provider. As a contractor my job was to analyze the data, perform the necessary ETL procedures and develop Machine Learning models. My duties in the company are:• Design Databases. • Design and development of Data Warehouse. Integration Services (SSIS) development and OLAP cubes design (SSAS).• Creation of Analytics on company data (regarding patients and medicines according to pharmaceutical companies’ guidelines).• Data Scientist.

The main task of this project is to infer ISCO occupation code from a job posting. I used NLP technics to deal with the problem. My role in this was :• to develop a model to classify the job posting to its ISCO category (published to paper. See section below).• to predict the necessary skills of the person that will occupy the post of the job.

As a Data Scientist in PCC I undertook the task to analyze the data, perform the necessary ETL procedures and develop Machine Learning models. PCC is planning its second stage of development that will integrate Machine Learning into medical software and will help doctors and patients in the early diagnosis.• Develop a model to classify the customers depending on their medication adherence.• Predicting Customer dropouts.• Business plan development for spinoff creation that Medical software based on Machine Learning.

Working on Management Information Systems of Ministry of Education of Greece

I participated in a Business Administration Dept project. It had to do with Time Series Analysis and Forecasting. I used Deep Learning Technics (Sequential Networks, LSTM, MLP, Keras, Tensorflow, Python) and ANFIS Learning):• Maximizing profits on BitCoin trading.• Predicting Shocks in stock market.

As an HCL consultant, I worked on a project for Tryg Insurance company in Denmark. What the project included was:• Built a classification model for Accidents sector, in order to recommend insurance covers (like Disease cover, Critical Illness cover, etc.)• Develop forecasting model for Private Injury Sum that will be recommended to the client.• Build a classification model in Travel sector, in order to recommend the most suitable Destination for the customer, and which insurance covers should be recommended.

DCSI is a company which offers maritime services for vessels. I had worked there in the past. Here my role was Data Scientist and Financial Analyst for a 2 months contract.• Build a forecasting model which will be based on several indices measurements to calculate the type of damage that is about to happen. An interesting project that remains to see what will come out of this.• Create Business Analysis reports from financial statements and develop finances forecasting using econometric models

• Developed a study for installing Hadoop and Hadoop Ecosystem Tools. Hadoop 5 nodes cluster setup.• Data Analysis with the help of Hadoop. Map Reduce techniques for calculating the deviations from default values. Use of Python with Spark (pySpark) to validate results.

Grekis Inox is a company which specializes in manufacturing tanks and piping networks.• Econometric and inferential Analysis of financial data combined with Monte Carlo simulation. After my study the company was able to adjust its production in more effective ways in order to satisfy future demand. The company reduced the expenses for raw material at 5% and reduced the production risk at 10%.

Lectures on mathematical, financial and IT subjects. Development of science tools software for pc and smart phones.From financial point of view I teach econometrics, quantitative methods, factor pcs analysis mathematical programming, operational research, operations management, corporate finance.From mathematics point of view some of the subjects I teach are real analysis, vector analysis, ordinary and partial differential equations.From IT point of view I teach C#, Java, Android apps development and theoretical Informatics.

My last project is an Android app called GeoSurprise. A location messages system (server client) that uses Java, NoSQL Database (CouchDB), NodeJS, Facebook api . With this app you can leave messages which are combined with geographic location, The recipient will receive them only if he passes from that location. It can also be use as geo-reminder and lost treasure games (scavenger games).

• Development of the 3D representation software for vessels. It offered the ability to measure surfaces and lengths of parts of the vessel. At the same time it could measure the same features from 2D photos of the vessel parts. • Development of real time reporting application based on NodeJS, SocketIO and dygraphs.

• Conducted Data Analysis in order to provide great support to Marketing and Finance department. I implemented techniques like ETL, econometric models, Machine Learning, Forecasting, Inferential Statistics. The inferences revealed at least 10% margin in cost reduction. • Redesigned of data and voice network and installed new cabling system for network implementation following EU standards• Recruit the IT department and negotiate with IT providers (Microsoft, Dell, etc).• Installed Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server and Organized the internal Technical support.• Conducted Business Analysis in order to purchase a new Management Information System.• Developed on-line games in company's web site, Software Applications and Databases.

• Business Analyst in "IT Projects for the Public" Sector. I participated in several projects for private and public organizations. Some of them are, ASEP (High Council of Personnel Selection for the Public Sector), OPAP (Gambling Organization), ODIE (Horse Races Organization), Ministry of Foreign Affairs.• In "Further Education" Sector, I designed two very complicated MIS's (Management Information Systems) which served, near 200,000 clients. After that I managed the development of these MIS's. The platform we used was .net and the language C#.• Designed and organized the project Help Desk.• One of my biggest successes was achieving consensus among stakeholders especially those found in public sector. That was one of the most difficult tasks I undertook.• I designed the certification software that has been used for the certification of 150,000 teachers in all Greek State; a software that received positive feedback and was commented very highly by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs when compared with the world famous ECDL.
