CurrentAs Information Systems Manager duties are to plan, maintain and manage the Infor’s Visual Manufacturing ERP software. Responsible for delivery of business systems solutions and technical support services in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. Act as the facilitator of the relationship between infrastructure and application development and for providing oversight for strategic business alignment of Container Research Corporation information technology environment.• Provide architectural and strategic oversight for company technical infrastructure to include operational risk mitigation, security policies, and disaster planning.• Deployed and maintain Digium IP Phone system converging communication between company sites • Deployed and maintain new CRM system providing all company departments with timely information about customer orders.• Analysis, Design, and Implementation of an Open Source Document Control and Management System in order to transition to a Paperless Manufacturing environment resulting to a more precise configuration control and cost savings in paper printing and resource allocation.• Developed and integrated a new Business Intelligence Reporting tool bridging Microsoft Excel with Infor’s Visual Manufacturing ERP.• Responsible for working closely with the business functional areas in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables.• Consult with internal and external groups as necessary to resolve issues affecting daily operations.• Implemented NIST-800-171 controls, DFARS 252.204-7012 • Member of CRC's Strategic Planning Steering Committee.• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance communications skills, business knowledge, and knowledge of IT products and procedures.• Domain/Active Directory/Network Administrator• Responsible for Data Security/Migration/Backup procedures
