George is highly passionate about consulting businesses to implement the technological solutions that allow them to work more efficiently in today’s faster-than-ever technological advancing world. He worked at Source Intelligence, where he developed and refined his interpersonal communication and data analysis skills. He also interned at Los Alamos National Laboratory under several PhD’s where he learned how to think critically and break down big problems into simpler parts. Through his work experiences, George has learned to work in teams and communicate effectively with clients. During college, he served as a leader in his local church, leading groups of five to ten students through San Diego’s downtown to provide an ear to the homeless. However, he still lacks the refined communication skills and strong technology background needed to break into the technology consulting workforce. As a program manager at Source Intelligence, he was exposed to a lot of interpersonal communication through maintaining strong relationships with the clients. However, communication skills can never be fully mastered, thus George still actively learns more ways to strengthen these skills.
