Lead IT Service Management Projects from inception through Closing.

The Account Lead is a leadership position within the CAI HHS Practice. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client partnerships in the assigned HHS domain. The position leads a team of HHS professionals, driving toward targeted business outcomes while championing the HHS Core Values.

Responsible for the Support and Development programs for the 10 application, AgraGuard Software Platform. Implement and manage the Agile development scrum teams, backlog management processes and roadmap.

Implement and Manage the Infrastructure Portfolio, as well as the Demand and Capacity Management Processes

Consulted EPMO on the integration, configuration, end user support, and processes to re-invent the PMO. -Consulted on new EPMO processes to support the transition-Trained and mentored 30+ Project Managers on using MS Project/PWA within the new PMO process environment.-Developed Training and Change Management SharePoint for utilization in the Transition and going forward as a training hub.

Establish and manage the Global Intake Process for any new project demand coming into the Global IS&T organization. Head the project management office by providing training and coaching for IS&T program and project managers. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Foot Locker's project delivery model. IS&T project managers are responsible to lead large strategic IS&T initiatives utilizing the establushed framework.

Currently managing a variety of IT infrastructure and software development projects in addition to the implementation of ShoreTel VOIP with Unified Communications chain wide.

Responsible for the creation and development of the Business Analysis and Projects department covering multiple IT project teams including end users and third party providers. Plan and coordinate the documentation, design, development, testing, implementation and change management activities of applications, products, and services. Most recently developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX throughout the Enterprise along side a steady stream of application enhancements to legacy systems and the ecommerce portal.

Manages multiple IT projects of varying size and scope including large (> 7,000 person hours) enterprise wide projects utilizing Geisinger Health System (GHS) standardized Project Management Methodology (PMM). Develops project artifacts, objectives, metrics, financials, sets project timeline, manages change, and controls scope. Responsible for ensuring assigned projects meet stated objectives, are completed on time and within budget. Effectively utilizes project management tools. Leads all project team resources including users and technical staff.

Responsible for the implementation and management of Coventry Healthcare's e-commerce strategy and vendors including:-Direct to Consumer e-Commerce (coventryone.com)-CoventryOne Agent Portal -Retail e-commerce (ehealthinsurance.com/HealthBenefits Direct)-Norvax/Quotit/HealthConnect

Manage Special Projects as required including VOIP Telephone RFP and Implementation, ERP Implementation, Inside Sales/Customer Service re-engineer.

• Managed strategic planning, operations and personnel of Electronic Support• Responsible for 8 managers located across 5 sites encompassing 150 internal Electronic Support employees and 175 outsourced employees in a 24/7 environment• Direct activities for all functions within Electronic Support including Technical Support, Web Hosting, Sales and Customer Service.• Managed vendor selection, application development, and system implementation • Increased E-commerce utilization from less than 1% of contacts in 2001 to 23% in 2003 (15k per month to 650k per month)• Presented “Implementing Live Chat to Improve Communication and Productivity” at CCM Call Center Demo 2003• Acting Sr. Manager of Partner Performance for offshore partners from 12/2002 – 4/2003• Executed plan to outsource all electronic support contacts without negatively effecting customer experience.
