Quality Assurance Officer
CurrentResponsible for:1. Managing Quality Management System including developing policies, procedures, process flow, Work instructions and Department Process Manuals. 2. Capture, manage and effectively reduce Cost of Quality (COQ), Customer complaints, Lessons Learnt, and NCIRs through appropriate CAPAs. 3. Conduct Management Review Meetings and QMS awareness trainings; Perform Internal, External, Project and Supplier QMS Audits; 4. Implement Continuous improvement Management (CIM) process.5. Support, establish and monitor Organization KPIs.6. Work closely with customers to obtain Customer Satisfaction Surveys and address any Customer complaints raised and analyze data for improvement.7. Responsible for Managing and Implementing Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) across all divisions.8. Conduct QMS trainings and Implement special company projects like Ship Recycling certification, Quality Month program, develop new procedures etc.
