Partner, Community Health

Current

Olympia, Wa, Us

Co-lead the Community Health pillar in support of organizational justice and economic wellbeing. We align organizational outcomes to the social movements of equity, justice, and sustainability. We position employees as the first line of community. Wellbeing is the center of wholeness where the development of whole people leads to whole communities and a whole planet. We believe in upstream systems change that starts with expanding mindsets, centering the voice of those furthest from justice, and structuring outcomes and collective impact that are shared and defined by inclusive participation in decision and choice-making.

Current

This is the era of equity, empowerment, and accountability. New Creole is a call for an inclusive American culture through the intersection of capitalism and social sector. Targeted efforts need clear, strategic goals and roadmaps to success. New Creole facilitates the discovery channel for personal, business, and community growth and progress towards a more equitable and just society.New Creole is also growing the capacity of an inclusive social entrepreneurial ecosystem by guiding "by us, for us" social enterprises and programs toward success in organizational effectiveness, social policy development, marketing, capital readiness, and social impact. Building ecosystems to solve society's most complex problems, New Creole works to discover the mental modes that keep our communities from progressing by investigating approaches for entire systems, not just one platform or project. Individuals, organizations, and corporations can deliver greater social impact through system development and partnering where business development and philanthropy intersect for social progress.
