- Provide overall and end to end financial support to MEA CDO (Chief Digital Officer, director)- Overlook the full revenue and expense growth and versus budget- Ensure correct set-up and execution of sponsor charges, maximising benefits for the business- Ensure effective work of controls- Execute performance analysis and metrics in order to drive improvement of financial results- Support and resolution on seller targets and achievements- Lead a support team in the COE

- Handle all planning activities for SW in MEA – calendar, organise and interlock, load the system, ensure alignment between functions- Be key contact point and provide insight for MEA management on all Strategy topics- Provide insight on MEA SW management on all topics related to productivity, E/R, channels, trending, customer coverage, etc.- Work closely and support Operations in order to make sure HC deployment and strategy are aligned and positioning SW to achieve budget- Emphasize finance role as a partner and trusted business advisor (versus solely a control function) by assisting line management with analysis, alternatives and recommendations- Create an environment that encourages initiative, collaboration, analytics and innovation- Being one of the most experienced team members – provide guidance and help to the other members of the SW finance team- Handle any ad-hoc requests in support of the SW Controller and the SW CFO

- Coordination and consolidation for all financial activities in MEA, working directly with the MEA GM, MEA CFO and MEA Controller- Maintain the MEA financial calendar, setting up all meetings and reviews- Ensuring all relevant forecasts and splits are done in timely manner and loaded into financial systems- Make sure that MEA CFO and Controller are prepared on all financial matters via analyzing the numbers and providing value add insight- Own and prepare all key financial decks and reports, that help management have an overview on the results and focus areas- Own and maintain the overall MEA financial metrics (current and next quarter forecast purely based on numbers / financial methods)- Provide timely inputs to WW (IBM US) and all parties requiring data- Being responsible to re-organize and set-up all financial activities around the change of reporting structure in MEA

- Ensure world class finance support to the Exec leaders for the Coverage business (3 Depts) in CEE and MEA- Lead and manage a dedicated finance team of 13 professionals, primarily located in Bulgaria, covering the operational financial activities – revenue, cost and expense- Ensure satisfactory Controls and audit posture in the covered departments- Participate as reviewer and voting member of the MEA/CEE Business Partner Compliance board - Be direct counterpart and trusted business advisor to the dept Execs on all matters- Ensure business continuity – hiring, education and development of a team of young finance professionals
