Key role responsibilities:- Implement and execute project technology strategy derived from global production strategy- Lead, develop and grow t the Project Technology team- Deliver full transfer projects lifecycle from pre-transfer reviews to effective serial production- Deliver new transfer product from BTL to the Customer (on time, to required specifications, to quality, to planned cost);- Establish and engage in cross-functional transfer project communication flow in a clear and consistent way- Ensure collaboration and alignment with other teams (development, marketing, strategic procurement, production, planning, logistics, quality)-Build strong relationships across the teams involved in end-to-end delivery and manageinteraction with all internal departments to appropriately resource transfer projects by forecastingfuture resource requirements for each department;- Track, monitor and report transfer projects;-Handle Risk, Issue & Action Management across all transfer projects:- Improve and develop transfer process and reviews based on lessons learned - Meet business company goals along with defining and meeting department goals- Supervise transfer preparation stage including feasibility study, transfer risk assessmentsand do rough planning- Transfer design process supervision - translate R&D outputs (prototype) into productionand ensure the safety and effectiveness of produced devices before serial production-Apply problem-solving techniques in order to propose and implement solutions- Carry out impact evaluation and risk mitigation of all new product introductions cross functionally- Handle change management effectively within transfer phase;- Manage transfer project implementation calendar starting from design transfer phase andfinishing with serial production handover;- Lead project for development and implementation of clean rooms class 7 and class 8 according ISO-14 644

Responsibilities:- Projects planning and optimization in terms of costs, resources and deadlines;- Managing the the projects within the specific budgets, quality and deadlines.- Managing internal and external project implementation resources;- Monitoring the quality and the timely customer service in line with the company methodologies and procedures;- Communication and negotiation with subcontractors, suppliers and customers regarding projects and company cost optimization;- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Report directly of plant manager- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members- Use and continually develop leadership skills- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency- Report and escalate to management as needed

Responcible for:- Manufacturing change owner of implement of Product Evolution Projects /PEP/ aboutthe modification of the products and processes ,in connection with improvement of the quality of the products, optimization of the processes ,decreasing of the production cost and increasing of the customer satisfaction. - Lead the PEPs.to insure all involved people have well taken into account their tasks in connection with action plans, as with all impacted factories in Schneider group- Follow up the monthly target of progress of the projects in the plant . . - Verify of the resource availability needed for the projects.- Managing corrective actions if needed. - Reporting of Bord of changes/France/ about the status of projects. - Create new projects about verification of new tools or improvement of processes

Responsible for:- Process Management and Improvement- Ensures qualification of the product upon implementing, changing or improving the technical installations and manufacturing processes in the Plant as well as work with suppliers,subcontractors, production staff, etc.;- Guarantees the components conformity to their industrial qualification- Maintain the process of putting the approved products into production- Take lead in international projects with members from EU and South Asia- Ensure projects are completed on time- Qualification of Assets- Analysis and Problem Solving of Production Issues- Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process- Creation of Working Instructions and Specifications- Modification of Equipment- Training

Responcible for:- Team leader- Line balancing, production process/es implementation, creating and updating of process information / documentation, increasing and decreasing of daily targets regarding the customer demands, lay-out change of production lines- Organizing a unit of production
