Embridge Economics is an independent advisory firm specialising in transfer pricing and valuation. In transfer pricing, Embridge offers economic analysis and expertise including benchmarks, testing of the arm’s length principle and profit allocation scenarios. In addition, we offer documentation to support the arm’s length nature of intercompany transactions toward tax authorities. As part of our core services, we also provide valuation services and determine the market value of assets, liabilities and shares.- My focus is on financial analysis, documentation and TP structuring in addition to managing end-to-end transfer pricing documentation projects.

There are several aspects which are captured within this field including, risk appetite, risk governance, risk culture, risk assessments, integrated risk reporting and data management;- Risk Capital is all about balance sheet management and optimizing profitability including capital assessments, liquidity funding, stress testing and balance sheet optimization;- Risk Modelling develops and validates Asset Liability Management (ALM), risk and actuarial models. This includes economic capital modelling, credit risk modelling and actuarial modelling;- Risk Systems advises on risk data transformation and the development of risk reports. This includes complex risk architecture and implementation.

Along with a group of 25 students, we manage our own investment portfolio with AUM of €15,000. Successfully developed, proposed, implemented and monitored a variety of strategies and investments in multiple asset classes. The goal is to gain knowledge and experience in the financial markets while achieving the highest possible return for the fund.
