As a Web Production Lead I'm acting as a single point of contact for clients of the Concentrix Web Production Center. "Voina i mir" (voinaimir.info) is a Bulgarian commentary website, which I started as a personal blog for sharing my thoughts about politics, history, economics and culture. It has since grown into a full-fledged website with several regular authors and dozens of guest authors. For 2021 we have had a total of 350 000 unique visitors from Bulgaria and the Bulgarian diaspora abroad with a total budget for marketing of $0. All of the reach has been purely organic and some of the articles have since been reprinted in some of the biggest media outlets in Bulgaria - Nova TV, bTV Media group, the newspapers "Sega", "Dnevnik", "24 chasa", as well as the websites Investor.bg and Offnews.bg. Main responsibilities:• Ensure that the facts, dates, and statistics mentioned in the articles and columns are factually correct and have the proper bibliography;• Read and make necessary changes in the articles written by the authors;• Develop various stories and content ideas by considering the audience appeal;• Suggest the authors to make necessary changes within the documents if necessary;• Make sure that the core principles of the media are followed - freedom of speech being a must.

Main responsibilities:• Preparing offers for used and / or broken down merchandise for the Canadian retailer Sears;• Discussing the offers made with the clients over the contract they have signed and confirming the exact extent of the coverage;• Coming up with on the spot solutions for individual cases that are outside of the standard procedure.
