I am a fully qualified HR professional, with 3 years’ experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing industry, within the defence sector. I thrive on a great culture and employee success, finding strong working relationships a key factor to any organisation. I have proven to be a prime member of teams I have worked in, through my knowledge of employee relations, learning and development, performance management, sickness and absence management, and performance improvement. Aside from my generalist role, I have also supported in rolling out a new HR system, developing and delivering management training, and supporting in security processes.
