I have gained strong Project Management knowledge through my Associate Project Management Apprenticeship working for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and as a Digital Project Officer for the NHS. I have gained experience at West Sussex County Council, where I supported the Fire and Rescue Service Improvement Programme. I have also worked as a Digital Project Officer at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, managing data and stakeholder engagement for the Digital Primary Care team.In my previous roles, I have demonstrated strong skills in communication, change management, and analytical skills. I have successfully delivered projects that involved developing comms and engagement plans, coordinating external suppliers, creating performance dashboards, and implementing staff ideas. I am passionate about improving public services and making a positive impact on communities. I am keen to learn new skills and collaborate with others to deliver successful.
