Career Achievement Snapshot:In March 2011, Georgia launched commerce specialist agency Integer across both Sydney and Melbourne. Under her leadership Integer become the most awarded commerce/shopper agency in Australia, recognised as B&T Emerging Agency of the year (2012), B&T Promotional Agency of the year (2013), Adnews Independent Agency of the year (2012, 2013), Adnews Experiential Agency of the year (2013), Cannes Bronze Lion for Design (2012), plus many more metals and Grand Prix for campaigns. Plus, the achievement of growing an incredible team from 4 to 28 staff and winning over 22 brands from some of Australia’s most-innovative marketers including Lion, Brown Brothers, GSK, Medibank, ANZ, P&G, Suntory and MARS.This success led to Georgia being named Top-40-under-40 twice.Since then in 2015 her journey has lead to being a part of the ANZ Management team at Wunderman Thompson. With her focus being on leading and driving organisation growth for both Wunderman Thompson and some of Australia’s most successful organisations including Endeavour Group, Costa Group, Asahi, TWE, Melbourne University, Simplot, McPhersons and many more.Georgia’s passion for innovation and customer centric strategies is what has lead to some of Australia’s most successful marketing initiatives, many in which have been awarded globally.
