I am driven by the belief that creativity can make a genuine difference, commercially and societally. But I also know that great creativity is born of true collaboration and forging these partnerships has become a hallmark of my career, both as a Business Director and Head of New Business.Working with clients, I’ve won and led through-the-line work for some of the world’s most influential brands including MINI, Financial Times and YouTube. I have also led business transformation projects that sit outside of traditional advertising briefs. This includes brand consultancy for award-winning startups, managing a fundamental rebrand of Britain’s largest bus operator and helping a family-owned baby wipe brand grow into the number one product on Amazon in the UK and US. As Head of New Business, I defined a growth strategy that prioritised partnerships with brands that shared the agency’s vision and values. I also led a marcoms approach to cultivate a reputation for creative and earned-first excellence within trade and broader media – helping to raise the reputation of the agency, attract talent and drive thought-leadership.I believe that diversity sits at the heart of great creative. For three years I co-led the industry-leading ‘Night School’ programme which helps young talent identify and secure opportunities within the creative industries.
