Work with and support Account Managers, National key Account Managers and Segment Development Managers in Victoria and nationally when required. - Maintain Salesforce for the sales team, updating project information and ensuring the pipeline is accurate. - Liaise weekly with the CRM team across EAAA to ensure processes are adopted from other regions that may benefit the Australian Sales team. - Oversee the integration of leads into Salesforce, assigning them to the appropriate account manager and ensuring they are followed up. - Tracking campaigns including post campaign reporting. - Work with customer service to process orders by allocating orders to quotes and opportunities. - Testing any changes before they go live in the UAT system and providing feedback to the CRM team. - Manage the showroom and sampling library organising and restocking samples and marketing material whilst also being a point of contact for internal and external visitors to the Melbourne showroom. - Answer the phone to customers, liaise with smaller architectural practices, sub-contractors, quantity surveyors and handle all general inquiries that come through Victoria and NT. - Provide sign off documentation and work with architectural firms and trade clients on value engineering.
