- Led a large cross-functional project across 5 technical teams (DS, MLOps, Eng, DataOps, Product) to redesign the infrastructure of Chattermill’s platform, including backend and database changes, to allow multiple models to run in a single customer account, delivering solution on a long-standing customer pain point.- Engineered an advanced data denoising model with high accuracy, transforming previously unusable social media data into a valuable new product offering.- Leveraged Large Language Models like GPT-4 to create insightful summaries and analysis of customer review data and voice transcripts using prompt engineering, function calling and integrating external tools.- Collaborated closely with product and participated in client interviews to understand pain points and needs- Mentored junior members of the data science team.

- Developed and launched a recommendation system, automating majority of product trials and reducing trial setup timelines from 2 weeks to a few hours, facilitating expansion to smaller clients and a new self-service product.- Designed and executed full-stack applications on a range of projects, including a ML model, frontend interfaces and backend. These apps were integrated into colleagues' workflows to streamline processes and enable project stakeholders to interact directly with product R&D, facilitating an iterative feedback loop.- Transformed the data quality of noisy support data using an ensemble model, significantly improving the performance of this product.- Implemented a time series algorithm to automatically detect significant changes in trend in client data.- Giving company-wide presentations and building reports / dashboards for executive stakeholders, effectively simplifying complex concepts and communicating key results.

I worked for the Student Service's Information Desk (SSiD) at the University of Sheffield. My role required that I analyse all web related data from multiple sources and summarize their website performance in reports. Also, I dealt with ad hoc pieces of analysis required by other colleagues or departments, such as survey analysis and content audits. I used Google Analytics to gather and analyse the website data. I have also completed beginner/essential training courses for HTML, SQL and Access.
