I support people within creative industries through project management and guided expertise. As a Group IT Manager, I thrive on ensuring companies achieve their tech milestones through thorough yearly strategic planning, resource management and budgetary allocation. All this is done whilst ensuring employees under my line management are actively listened to, career options explored and create an environment to work collaboratively, flexibly and feel fully included within decision making processes.Hear from some people I have supported:💬 “Just a quick note to say thanks so much – the [Wi-Fi] extender you suggested works an absolute treat!” (internal employee)💬 “It’s a testament to your skills that on first day back [after a large studio relocation], everyone is connected and working without an issue. Bravo!” (internal senior manager)💬 “We’re grateful to the dedication you gave to help us achieve this accreditation” (internal senior manager after ISO:9001 accreditation awarded)💬 “Your organisation skills are outstanding, thank you for helping me keep on track” (external engineer)💬 “Can’t thank you enough for the advice you gave when choosing the right laptop for me, now I can use all my software without any severe slow speeds like before.” (external freelance designer)
