“You miss all the shots you don’t take” are words that I live by. I don’t consider anything a waste of time so much as an opportunity to learn, about myself, about others, about the world and my place in it and the ways that I can make it a better place.Self reflection as well as constructive feedback is incredibly important to me, as I am always trying to become a better version of myself and be a positive influence on those around me, whether they are my students or my team. Those around me have found me to be an incredibly adaptable person who knows how to compromise and work well within a team, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know when to stand firm and do what needs to be done as a leader.In my ten years of working, I have gained much experience and am looking forward to gaining more! Consistency is important to me, but so is being open-minded to make necessary changes. We are all, after all, people with our own vibrant personalities that deserve respect. I have a very strong passion for education, and for ensuring the well being and future of my students, and children in general, to the point where it's a part of my personal philosophy. l hope that with every step in my career that I can continue to learn and grow, whether I stay in education or enter a new field entirely.私は何も時間の無駄だとは考えず、むしろ自分自身や他者、世界、そして私の存在とその中でできる改善の方法について学ぶ機会だと捉えています。自己反省と建設的なフィードバックは非常に重要であり、常により良い自分になり、周りの人々にポジティブな影響を与えることを目指しています。生徒であろうとチームメンバーであろうと、柔軟で妥協し、チーム内でうまく働くことを知っていると評価されていますが、それは指導者として固く立ち向かうべき時を知らないわけではありません。私は10年の仕事の経験を積み重ね、さらなる経験を積むことを楽しみにしています。一貫性は重要ですが、必要な変更を行うために柔軟であることも同様に重要です。私たちは皆、独自の鮮やかな個性を持つ人間であり、尊重されるべきです。私は教育に非常に強い情熱を抱き、生徒や一般の子どもたちの幸福と将来を保障することが、私の個人的な哲学の一部です。キャリアの各段階で、教育にとどまろうと新しい分野に進もうと、学び続け、成長し続けることができればと願っています。
