Run the annual leading pitch competition for Harvard undergraduate students that has awarded $700k+ in equity free grants over 14 years in collaboration with Harvard Ventures and the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard.

I manage our Trill Fellowship (a campus ambassador and content creation program with 15+ universities represented) and our "Trillternship" (employing 20+ high school/college students), helped raise our $100k in grant funding, and led the organic marketing campaigns to grow a user base of 100k+ in 40+ countries. Highlights: - Founded AMPLIFY, 10 week speaker series in collaboration with 10+ other university entrepreneurship clubs to highlight the voices of Black founders, executives, and investors and raise money for BLCK VC, Black Girls Code, Black Innovation Alliance, MLT, and Black Girl Ventures in support of racial equity in entrepreneurship. - Launched The Bottom Line Podcast and interviewed guests like Mark Cuban, Sarah Kunst, Mercedes Bent, and more. - Revamped VentureWorks, a startup incubator for early stage ideas and awarded $1k in micro grants along with educational programming and a demo day for founders on campus.- Hosted 60+ events as a club.- Created new board positions, including Director of DIB, Director of Alumni/Advisory Relations, Director of Founder Community, and Director of Startup Internships. - Launched first ever Harvard Ventures blog.

Summer 2017-2019: Computer science education & mentorship program exclusively for female-identifying or non-binary students. Our mission is to teach the basics of programming and increase girls' confidence in STEM through lessons on intersectional feminism, cyber safety/kindness, art, mindfulness meditation, and team building games. Funded by a National Center for Women & IT grant.Summer 2020: Expanded the program to be entirely independent and self-funded - 8 weeks of daily camp with 200+ hours of instruction- Due to pandemic, pivoted to Zoom teaching model - 40% of our campers on full scholarshipFall 2020 & Spring 2021: Hosted mini semester for virtual after school classes- 8 weekly sessions- Expanded curriculum to include 3D printing with a collaboration with MakerGirlFeatures:-KTLA 5 News- #AOGirls LA EDITION, a social media campaign by clothing brand Alice + Olivia highlighting the next generation of female-identifying GAME CHANGERS making big impacts in their communities

Participated in a 3 month virtual incubator powered by SecondMuse and supported by Pivotal Ventures for Trill Project. Given a $10k grant, mentorship, and opportunity to pitch at a Demo Day. Assisted in programming for youth advisors to the program by leading a pitching and storytelling workshop.

As a community outreach committee member for the largest undergraduate business organization, I work on a team focused on cultivating the vision and execution for BOLD (standing for business oriented leadership development), our high school conference. BOLD aims to bring together high school women throughout the nation who share a passion for business and build a community of support and empowerment for those young women.In 2019, we hosted 200+ high school aged women and 50+ speakers.
