Project Estimator - Receive Request for proposals (RFP) from clients via email or platforms like building connect software and evaluate their worth and scope of work. - Being the point of contact with clients, including raising & answering queries. - Using Bluebeam Revu Software to measure architectural plans. - Using AutoCAD - Estimate quantities, pricing Labor (installation & fabrication), pricing material, and record all the data on Excel files to draft proposals for various construction companies and fill out bid forms. - Request price quotes for the materials that are specified in the finish schedule for each job (associated with stone, tile, porcelain etc.). - Find Value Engineering (VE) options from various suppliers around the world. - Attending Buy-Out Meetings with Main Contractors, Architects and Owners. - Analyze, evaluate and sign contracts.B. Project Manager- Attend On Site Meetings - Manage and control the change orders for various projects. - Oversee invoice/payment application processing, tracking, and reporting.- Calculating quantities and placing orders for the materials.- Negotiate, resolve, and close any outstanding change orders, quality issues, or disputes.
