• Supports the commander’s family readiness goals.• Provides overall leadership of the FRG in accordance with AR 608-1, Appendix J.• Schedules, plans, and conducts company Family Readiness Group meetings.• Delegates FRG responsibilities to select volunteers in order to promote participation in FRGactivities and accomplishment of FRG objectives.• Acts as a liaison between battalion and company level FRGs.• Identifies needs or unique problems of unit families.• Tracks FRG appropriated fund budget.• Serves as a member of the battalion-level steering committee.• Coordinates administrative and logistical support with Family Readiness Group DeploymentAssistant (FRGDA).• Acts as a company FRG spokesperson for communicating family members’ concerns and ideasto the company commander and battalion level FRG.• Not required to have a motor vehicle to perform duties. Use of government vehicle is authorizedfor this position. Use of government vehicle is provided without detriment to the accomplishmentof the unit's mission.

Work with the manager to minimize expenditures, maximize revenues and adhere to budgeted cost parameters.Manage preparation of all tenant correspondence, including late payment notices.Work with legal counsel and Property Manager to execute unlawful detainers and 3 Day Notices.Produce monthly tenant delinquency reports and property accruals.Complete monthly financial and property activity reports.Preparation of annual budgets.Show vacant suites as necessary and explains property rules and regulations. Ensures all move-in/move-out paperwork is completed correctly and has been approved by the property manager.Ensure all move-in, move-out and other leasing data is entered correctly and in a timely manner into the on-site property management software system.Work with management team to administer renewal program and works to maximize tenant renewals.Assisted property manager to hire, train and develop on-site employees according to company policy and procedure.Assisted with counseling and reviewing employees as necessary and as required by company policy and procedure.Work with property manager to develop an effective, proactive team that works together to achieveproperty objectives.Work with property manager and maintenance team to insures that suites, common areas and grounds are maintained according to property objectives.As required, inspects suites, common areas and property to insure adherence to property standards.Work with property manager to insure adherence to company safety standards, policies andprocedures. Work with property manager to insure that all safety inspections are completed as required and ensures adherence to company key control policies.Worked with staff to insure that tenant issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is done.Assists property manager with scheduling, organizing and hosting tenant functions.
