Working as a temp receptionist has involved me being a front face of the company, welcoming many high profile clients and investors. This has therefore required me to maintain a professional attitude and mannerism and has allowed me to develop my personal skills of responsibility. Throughout this role I am also required to support all members of staff, organise meetings and lunches, take phone calls and complete other office roles.

Throughout this role I am involved in serving tea and coffee at many of Bakkavor’s corporate events. Alongside this a requirement is to set out the tables between each meal as well as being in charge of welcoming everybody as they enter. The main responsibility within this role is to oversee the delivery of catering at a high profile client event. I also have to ensure our clients are satisfied throughout their meal and that any cleaning and washing up is carried out efficiently. My most important role is socialising with high profile members such as the CEO, the head directors and the main board, on some occasions this involves serving them drinks and a meal at their annual meetings

At HOB Salons i was involved in a large amount of face to face customer interaction. My role was a Saturday assistant which included welcoming customers as well as offering refreshments. I also played a part in the standard of treatment they received by offering extra products and taking note of individual customer needs

My role at Topshop involved being on the shop floor ensuring that customers were satisfied throughout their time in the store. I acted as an approachable face who customers could speak to if they had any questions, needed help finding a product or requested any further stock room checks. Alongside this my role involved being in charge of keeping the shop floor, stock room and changing rooms all at a presentable standard
