Working on several different departments enables me to have a hands on approach with different aspects of my role. Handling the reception and paperwork involving creating new members and imputing them onto the company system. Handling the cash point dealing with all monies and cash made from certain departments that session. And the food department where I will serve on the bar, cash in and cook. I am able to complete several different required roles and perusing more.

Incorporating knowledge of technical disciplines in the Oil and Gas / Energy / Renewables industries. Magellan's discipline coverage is absolute allowing us to cater to any requirement in the industry.

Starting as a basic waitress serving customers food and clearing tables, i was given minor tasks such as stock rotation, taking orders and table checking. As my experience grew i began doing more tasks such as, optic filling, serving alcohol and other drinks and cash handling.Working busy weekends making sure service was always 100% and customers were always happy was a keen priority.I was a very happy server and made conversation with customers and build relationships with regulars.Ensuring all jobs were done weekly during quiet periods and making sure everything went smoothly during busy periods.

ApprenticeI would perform basic administration duties daily as well as resourcing for the recruitment consultants.I would search candidates on basic data bases and contact them in regards to an appointment with the dealing consultant who would then assess their abilities and put them forward for a suitable role. I would cover Reception from time to time and file paperwork as well as uploading it onto the data base.
