    • Led the implementation of Plan International’s ‘Powering the Movement’ strategy and grew the team to six people. Co-led the Girl and Youth Power + Action Hub, piloting Plan’s first feminist co-leadership space. • Oversaw the design and prototyping of girl- and youth-centred grant-making programmes including:- Equality Accelerator, which provides a resource hub, community, fund database and grant-making mechanism for girl and youth activists, developed through a participatory design process. - Plan’s first youth resourcing programme and influencing model- The Girls’ Fund, a collaborative fund with Purposeful and the Government of Ireland to move resources to girls and young feminists during Generation Equality. • Grants assessor for the Girls’ Fund and the West and Central Africa Youth Challenge Fund • Led a team that managed the Safer Cities for Girls and Champions of Change programmes as well as the youth advocacy component of the Girls Advocacy Alliance programme (GAA) / She Leads programme. This included the participatory evaluation of GAA.• Co-led the youth engagement and mobilisation strategy for the Girls Get Equal campaign • Managed an internal, global learning and development process. Provided technical advice to Plan offices across the federation on movement building, girl- and youth-led activism and youth partnerships. • Managed Plan’s partnerships with the With and for Girls Collective, the Global Resilience Fund and the Adolescent Girls Investment Plan coalition. With AGIP, co-led the participatory design of the girl and youth engagement strategy.• Led on global girl and youth advocacy including managing Plan’s girl and youth engagement strategy for the UN Generation Equality process.• Oversaw the development of the new digital platform for the Diverse and Empowered Girls: A Guide for Self-Organising. This was designed by girl + young feminist groups in 4 continents and is a practical tool for self-organising.
