It involves repetition, positive reinforcement, success and time. As a therapist I am a part of a team who evaluates the child’s progress via systematic observation and data collection. During my tertiary education, I am currently working part-time as a nanny for three seperate families. The job hours remain flexible but generally consist of 30-45 hours of work per week. It requires experience preparing nutritious meals for children from aged two+. Multiple aspects of infant care, including (but not limited to) feeding, bathing, changing diapers and establishing a daily routine as the baby grows.
