I have a multifaceted skill set, with a dual bachelor's degree in Psychology and Accounting from QUT, where I graduated with distinction. I have over 11 years of experience working in the disability sector, as a clinical manager, social worker and a coordinator. I also have experience working in Psychology clinics and team leadership. I have extensive knowledge and experience in NDIS processes, policies, and systems, as well as a special interest in Microsoft Excel, which I use to analyse trends, report outcomes, budgets and data analysis.I am passionate, ambitious, and eager to make a difference in the lives of people with disability and their families, by empowering people to achieve their goals and aspirations with a focus on sustainability and increasing functional capacity. I embrace change and innovation, and I apply evidence-based practice and continuous improvement to my work. I am looking for opportunities to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of the disability sector.
