About Georgia Kwan

I always wanted to become a Geography Teacher. Or at least I knew I wanted to work in Education in some form. I then went to Lancaster University to focus on my Geography Degree. Whilst studying I worked as a Student Ambassador for the Lancaster Environment Centre and fell in love with this job. I loved inspiring prospective students and showing them why I fell in love with Lancaster University. I also took on part-time work in the Students' Union ran Nightclub, The Sugarhouse. And AGAIN fell in love with working closely with the student body! Here I am now nearly 3 years, not a Geography teacher but working for Newcastle University Students' Union, still helping students make the most out of their University experience. My goal is to make sure students voices are heard and that they are getting the most out of their time at University!
