Georgia Pugh is an experienced agribusiness consultant working with neXtgen Agri International. She specialises in providing strategic business and livestock breeding advice, as well as agricultural technology (agtech) adoption support, to optimise farm performance and operational efficiency. Her focus is on helping farmers to navigate and accelerate gains made at the intersection of technology, genetics, business management and sustainability. Georgia is passionate about supporting farmers across these areas to improve their bottom line, while future proofing their businesses for generations to come.Georgia has a strong background and deep understanding of operations and key performance drivers across all levels of food and agriculture. She grew up on, and continues to have an active interest in, her family’s mixed cropping and livestock farm in Narrikup, Western Australia. She has worked as an Principal Advisor specialising at the intersection of agriculture and technology to help agriculture and food businesses unlock their full potential. She has also worked as a Senior Commercial Analyst at a large international food processing and logistics agribusiness, and as a specialist agtech R&D incentives Senior Consultant at PwC. Georgia holds a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (with First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting, entrepreneurship and innovation at the University of Western Australia.
